How to Order
Covers are all custom made to order and the order process works as such.
- Measure your existing hot tub (instructions found here)
- Select the style of cover below, select options and provide the measurements then submit order
- We review your order in great detail to ensure everything looks correct. Should we notice anything off about your provided details, we will contact you.
- Once order if finalized, it is added to our production schedule and ships direct to your door approximately 4-8 weeks later.
- Once the cover arrives, inspect the packaging to ensure no damage. If everything looks good, sign for it and enjoy. If however the packaging is damaged, refuse the shipment as it could mean that the cover was damaged during transit.
